This policy covers this website, fanmedia.org, which is operated by FanMedia LLC. It does not cover the services we provide to clients, which are governed by a separate agreement.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, no contact form, and no analytics, and it does not set cookies. The only personal information we receive through the site is what you choose to send us by email: your email address and whatever you write.

How we use it

We use your email only to respond to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the email provider that delivers our mail.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it's relevant to the conversation or to a working relationship, and delete it when it no longer is.
